International shipping: 1-3 business days

All items are shipped out of our studio in Ramat Gan, using insured door to door shipping.
Please allow 3 additional business days for resizing.
If the item is marked "made to order", please allow up 10-14 business days for production.

USA

We provide free shipping and returns to our US customers. All returns will be sent to our headquarters in New York. Using the contact form, please write the date and order number, full name, purchase amount and reason for return. If you are having trouble or need assistance, please email - sales@rogeldiamonds.co.il

Outside the USA

We do not ship to these countries:

Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Latvia, Lita, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Estonia.

Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, Uruguay, Paraguay, French Guiana, Aruba, Falkland Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Curacao, Africa, China.

Customs and import taxes:

Please be advised that local taxes may be applicable as determined by your country of origin. You will be liable for all customs charges applied to your delivery upon its arrival in your country.

Returns and exchanges:

In order to return an item kindly contact sales@rogeldiamonds.co.il and our support team will guide you through the process.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item as well as any customs and duties taxes for international shipments.

We will accept returns if the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

If the customer requested that the item be modified, personalised or customised in any way before the item was shipped, this item is not eligible for return.

Once the item has been returned to us and quality control inspection has been passed, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by our team to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
