Our main recommendation is that you avoid wearing diamonds while working in jobs that may require a certain physical effort that could involve hitting the diamond (such as gardening etc). Even though the diamond is especially durable, a strong hit could harm the diamond’s setting. Another suggestion is to avoid coming in contact with bleach, chlorine or acid while wearing any jewelry- not just diamonds. The best way to clean your diamond at home is to place the jewelry in a bowl of warm water with a bit of cleaning substance (such as hand or dish soap). Brush the jewelry with a delicate brush and then rinse again in warm water and dry using cloth.
